My Front Office Digital Affiliate Program Terms of Use, Marketing Policy, and Disclosures

1. Enrollment in the Program:

1.1 To enroll in the My Front Office Digital Affiliate Program (“Program”), you must complete our online application form accurately and truthfully.

1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. We may reject your application if we determine that your website, promotional methods, or content are unsuitable for the Program.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1 You agree to promote My Front Office Digital’s products and services in a truthful, ethical, and professional manner.

2.2 You are solely responsible for the content and operation of your website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing channels used to promote our products.

2.3 You agree not to engage in any illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices when promoting our products.

3. Commissions:

3.1 You will earn commissions on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate links. The commission rate and terms will be outlined in your affiliate agreement.

3.2 Commissions will be paid out on a regular basis, subject to a minimum threshold and payment schedule specified in your affiliate agreement.

4. Tracking and Reporting:

4.1 We will provide you with access to a dashboard where you can track clicks, sales, and commissions generated through your affiliate links.

4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked. We are not responsible for any lost commissions due to improperly formatted links.

5. Termination:

5.1 We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of this agreement or for any reason at our discretion.

5.2 Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

6. Modification:

6.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction].

9. Entire Agreement:
